For new participants

We welcome participants with any level of fitness as our classes are carefully supervised by qualified instructors.

  • Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to the class.
  • As hygiene is an essential part of our tradition, participants are required to wash their hands, face and feet before taking part in the class.
  • Please bring comfortable, loose full length trousers & sleeved T-shirt (preferably white) and a towel.
  • No special footwear is needed as classes are conducted barefoot.
  • You may wish to bring drinking water.
